Terms of Service of Pix AI
These terms are the agreement between you and Pix AI. They explain who may use the service, what is allowed, how payments work and where responsibility sits.
- Agreement to these termsBy opening or using Pix AI at pix-ai.net you accept these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the service.
- Who may use Pix AIYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By continuing you confirm that both statements are true.
- Nature of the servicePix AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional companions. Every character, biography and photograph is a creation and does not depict a real person.
- Not adviceNothing produced inside a Pix AI chat is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For any serious matter, consult a qualified professional.
- EmergenciesPix AI is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a recognised helpline immediately.
- Creating an accountYou agree to give accurate registration details, keep them current and take responsibility for everything done through your account.
- Account securityKeep your password private, use a unique one and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by shared credentials.
- One account per personAccounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer an account, and you may not register on behalf of somebody else.
- Acceptable useUse Pix AI lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to use it to harass others, break the law, or produce material that a reasonable person would find abusive.
- Prohibited contentYou must not submit content involving minors, non-consenting people, real identifiable individuals, threats, terrorism, trafficking or the promotion of self-harm.
- No scraping or automationBots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts and bulk data extraction are not permitted without our prior written consent.
- No interferenceDo not attempt to disable, overload, reverse engineer, decompile or probe the service, its infrastructure or its security controls.
- Your contentYou keep ownership of the messages you write. You grant Pix AI a limited licence to store and process them so the service can function for you.
- Our contentThe Pix AI name, logo, interface, characters, imagery, text and code are protected. You may not copy, republish or resell them without permission.
- Generated outputReplies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, repetitive or unexpected. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
- FeedbackIf you send suggestions we may use them freely to improve Pix AI, without obligation, attribution or payment to you.
- Free and paid accessSome features are free and others require payment. What is included in each tier is shown before you purchase.
- Prices and taxesPrices are displayed in the checkout currency and may include applicable taxes. We may adjust prices for future purchases, never retroactively.
- Subscriptions and renewalWhere a plan renews automatically, it continues until cancelled and renews at the interval shown at purchase.
- CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken.
- RefundsDigital access is delivered immediately, so payments are generally final. Where local consumer law grants you a refund right, we honour it.
- Failed paymentsIf a payment fails we may pause paid features until it clears. Repeated failures may lead to closure of the paid plan.
- Third-party servicesPayment, hosting and analytics are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
- Links from Pix AILinks to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
- AvailabilityWe aim to keep Pix AI running continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and outages may interrupt the service.
- Changes to the serviceFeatures may be added, altered or withdrawn as the product develops. Where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.
- Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. Serious breaches may be actioned without notice.
- Your right to stopYou may stop using Pix AI at any time and ask us to close your account. Sections intended to survive termination continue to apply.
- Disclaimer of warrantiesPix AI is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
- Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of Pix AI.
- Liability capWhere liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- IndemnityYou agree to cover reasonable losses we incur because you used Pix AI unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
- Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes go to the competent courts there unless local law gives you another forum.
- General provisionsIf a clause is found unenforceable the rest stays in force. We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page with its revision date.
